I have a case in Sacramento Family Court too, and no attorney. I’ve had the same experience:Read MoreT he temporary judge attorneys are all corrupt as hell. The “settlement conferences” are rigged and a total joke. It’s all one big Mafia family headed by the Godfather, “Judge” Peter McBrien, the convicted criminal, who doles out the kickbacks to the attorneys and makes sure the other judges fall into line. Salinger’s boss, Bob O’Hair, is the Godfather’s Consigliere. The whole system is an organized crime syndicate and why McBrien has “retired” three or four times, yet remains on the bench. He knows that if he isn’t there the whole racketeering scheme will unravel. Someday, hopefully soon, they will all be rounded up and jailed. It’s a wonder they have kept a lid on it as long as they have. I’ve made a complaint to the public integrity section of the US Department of Justice and would encourage others to do the same.

Why am I not surprised. I have dealt with this 'family' court for over a year helping a friend getRead Morea simple dissolution of marriage. And the 'court' sytem isn't the only problem here in Sacramento, the overpaid "we're better than you peons" deputies that provide 'security' are also a problem. When are the politicians of Sacramento going to clean house there? Oh, right, never! I suspect it's probably no better in any other courthouse in the State or country. I'm beginning to regret having served honorably in the US Armed Forces during my younger years to prop up such a corrupt system we now have. I'm certainly going to discourage my grandkids from repeating my mistake.
