Divorce corp really has nailed and touched on the corruption within the family court system. IRead Moremyse lf has experienced first hand of what's been happing in the family court system all the way up to the court of appeals. This has been a long time coming. I've said for years, family court is not a court of law, the attorneys are not "law"yers. The financial incentives are not only within who can afford, but also targets the indigent for enormous amounts of exaggerated billing to the State and federal govt. Under the Social security act of Title IV-D. The Judiciary is well aware of the scheme, it's a corporation based on the expense of the unintended, and uniformed.

Why am I not surprised. I have dealt with this 'family' court for over a year helping a friend getRead Morea simple dissolution of marriage. And the 'court' sytem isn't the only problem here in Sacramento, the overpaid "we're better than you peons" deputies that provide 'security' are also a problem. When are the politicians of Sacramento going to clean house there? Oh, right, never! I suspect it's probably no better in any other courthouse in the State or country. I'm beginning to regret having served honorably in the US Armed Forces during my younger years to prop up such a corrupt system we now have. I'm certainly going to discourage my grandkids from repeating my mistake.
