UPDATE: Missing At-Risk Carmichael Man Found
John Nevitt was last seen in the 7100 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard July 15.
UPDATE: John Nevitt, who went missing from Carmichael Monday, has been found safe, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Original post: Authorities are searching for a missing 81-year-old man last seen at his Carmichael residence.
John Nevitt was last seen in the 7100 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Monday morning, July 15, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
He is considered to be at-risk due to dementia.
Nevitt is described as a white male, approximately 6-feet tall, about 170 pounds. He has gray hair with a receding hairline, and blue eyes. He was last believed to be wearing a long-sleeved, flannel shirt, blue denim jeans and brown boots.
