Best Place for a Work Out in Carmichael? Nominate Your Favorite

It's not terribly difficult to find a place to get a good workout in Carmichael. But which do you prefer? From gyms to yoga studios, Zumba classes, country clubs and more, Carmichael isn't scarce on fitness centers.
