The Recognition Group: Office manager Mindy Linford will hold her last art show of the season, Saturday, Dec. 8, from 5 p.m. till 9 p.m. at the Luxe Gallery, 10020 Fair Oaks Blvd. The original photography show features landscapes and macro flower photos. Orangevale Meats: Many Sol of the newly-relocated business, at 8525 Madison Ave. #127, helped deliver 50 meals to families in need over Thanksgiving. Sol will be doing again this Christmas for another 50 families. For further information call 916-988-0540.

Northridge Elementary School: Parent liaison, Kathleen Davis, is planning a Winter Family Craft Night on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. According to the newsletter, she needs additional volunteers to help man craft tables. Those who would like to volunteer can call the school at 916-867-2066.
