This week's list is a culinary cornucopia of restaurant and café jobs. Are you a cook, busser or a server? Would you like to be? One of Fair Oak's favorite Italian places, Fabian's Italian Bistro is seeking some extra help. In addition, giants such as Starbucks and Taco Bell are still aggressively seeking to get some extra help. 

Position: Line cook

• Duties: Prepare pizza, pasta and breakfast foods.
• Requirements: 2 years experience required and must be able to work days and nights.

Position: Busser

• Duties: Clear dishes, change napkins/table clothes and help with cleaning and organization of the place settings.
• Requirements: No experience necessary and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Position: Dishwasher

• Duties: Clean dishes, set them to dry and keeping a constant stream of clean dishes running.

Position: Server/Barista

• Duties: Serve tasty pastries, coffee and tea to customers.  
• Requirements: Must be 18 and over, minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or casual upscale experience, wine knowledge a plus, be available nights and weekends.  Willing to train the right person.

Position: Assistant manager

• Duties: See that team members, team member trainers and shift leads complete their duties and provide safe service and quality food with excellent communications. In addition, assist the restaurant general manager (RGM) in facility maintenance, recruitment, and team leadership and ensure company policies.
