Jamba Juice

Position(s): Shift manager

Duties: A Shift Manager is responsible for the overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the General Manager, the shift manager effectively is the store leader. Shift managers typically supervise a shift with a staff of 1 to 12 team members by carrying out management responsibilities consistent with Jamba Juice policies, procedures and legal requirements.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week; must be able to work a variable shift (openings, mid-day shifts and closings) from week-to-week.
• Ability to manage others required.
• High School graduate or commensurate Jamba experience required, enrolled in college or college degree preferred.
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.

Position(s): Team member

Duties: Primary Role: Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba Juice and the customer.

Position(s): Certified Nurses Assistant

Duties: Provides personal care, nursing assistance, and other assigned tasks to residents. This position provides direct resident care, assists in daily living activities, provides resident documentation and evaluation. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervising nurse or the Director of Nursing based on the evaluation of the resident's needs.

Position(s): Assistant Store Manager

• Be a collaborative team-player, outgoing, friendly and genuinely helpful.
• Function well in a matrix-like management environment to ensure store goals and customer satisfaction needs are met.
• Have 3 years previous experience in a retail, sales or service setting, including 1 year in a leadership and/or management capacity and experience hiring and coaching staff.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a solid knowledge of basic sales techniques and the ability to instruct others regarding their application.
• Enjoy learning about the many products we carry.
• Enjoy proactively and enthusiastically educating our customers about our products and services, helping them feel confident that they are providing the best care to their pets.

Duties: Previous restaurant experience is preferred and helpful, but Del Taco has a terrific training program, so experience is not required.
