Position: In-house loan officer

Duties: Work in-bound and in-office Real Estate Agents leads. Loan officer must be licensed and have experience, as well as be able to manage 10-15 FHA transaction pipeline.

Position: Maintenance assistant

Duties: Responsible for the care and upkeep of the physical plant of the Sacramento Waldorf School, including equipment, the grounds and all buildings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grounds work: Mowing, trimming, blowing, sprinkler repair, and track maintenance according to the maintenance schedule and standards set by the Facility Manager.
• Building maintenance: Repair and general maintenance work including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, gutter cleaning and cleanup. 
• Safety: Performs monthly safety inspections and reports any unsafe conditions to management.
• Janitorial: Cleans the facility on an occasional basis, although the janitorial staff has primary responsibility for the majority of daily cleaning. In addition, stocks paper in closets and replaces paper in rooms.
• Events: Is responsible for event set-up, parking and tear-down. 
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Operate a computer that controls and monitors HVAC equipment. Program thermostats.
• Meet with contractors and direct activities.
• Other activities as required by the needs of the school and as requested.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Position: Front office clerk

Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests upon arrival. Understand and anticipate the needs of our clients. Efficiently and precisely schedule appointments and handle transactions. Drive daily revenues through retail sales and up-selling. Accountable for spa opening and/or closing duties including cash management. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and support needs of service providers. Ability to work weekends and evenings is a MUST. Assist in maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the spa:
