SJUSD Implements EDJOIN for Job Applicants

San Juan Unified School District  is located at .  The district serves more than 40,000 students in about 70 schools. The district's mission is valuing diversity and excellence, it promotes educating and inspiring students to succeed and responsibly contribute to society.  

There have been quite a few technological changes with the human resource department during that past year. For persistent job seekers wishing to break in or get back into the educational career system, this is definitely a breath of fresh air to be able to compete with a better chance of getting hired. 

The HR department recently implemented EDJOIN, or the Educational Jobs Opportunities and Information Network, which is part of the online application for SJUSD.  Once the online information is submitted, applicants will be contacted via e-mail for a quicker response during the hiring process.

By using EDJOIN, the district should experience an increase in the number of quality applicants since the system reaches more people than the previous paper-based process, officials said. SJUSD Human Resources.
