What Would You Like to See in Crestview Village Shopping Center?

The center was just purchased and changes may be in the Carmichael shopping center's future.

Changes may be in store for the Crestview Village shopping center in Carmichael. 

According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the center was recently sold for about $20 million.

The center, located at Manzanita Avenue and Winding Way in Carmichael, is currently home to Save Mart, Famous Footwear, Ross, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Hallmark.

Plans for the center include trying to bring in more eateries, like a coffeeshop, a new paint job and other upgrades, according to the SBJ. The development company plans to spend millions of dollars on upgrades, they told the SBJ. 

The center is almost fully occupied, but there are a few vacancies.
