Fair Oaks Recreation & Parks District

Position: Youth sports referee

Duties: The Fair Oaks Recreation & Parks District is looking for a youth sports referee to conduct and referee the district’s Jr. NFL Flag Football program. Games are on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning in September through mid-November.

Compensation: Pay range starts at $9.85 an hour

Fit U Health Club

Position: Personal trainers

Duties: is looking for energetic, friendly personal trainers for its new Fair Oaks location. All employees must be certified personal trainers or have a degree in exercise science and be CPR certified.

Compensation: Income ranges between $40,000 and $80,000 a year.

Discovery Learning Center

Position: Substitute preschool teachers

Duties: is searching for fully-qualified preschool teachers to fill in as substitutes. Applicants must have at least 24 ECE units, live scan fingerprint clearance and two years of teaching experience, and must be creative and energetic with great communication skills.

Compensation: Sliding scale based on qualifications
