Who's Hiring: River Cats to Hold Job Fair Nov. 15

The baseball team is hiring at least five sales positions.

Sacramento's minor league baseball team has good news for area job-seekers: it's hiring at least five people.

The Sacramento River Cats will hold a job fair Nov. 15 in West Sacramento to fill positions in sales areas. The team is looking for candidates with sales experience–preferably cold calling experience–as well as customer service skills and the ability to professionally represent the team at events.

The positions the team is looking to fill are:

  • Group Events, Account Executive
  • Corporate Sales, Account Executive
  • Corporate Partnership, Account Executive
  • Sales Assistant
  • Inside Sales

The job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Nov. 15 at 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento. Interested candidates are asked to RSVP by submitting an application and resume. More information is available here.

Chain link fence aroundRead More vacant/undeveloped land is usually an indicator of some County ordinance to secure the land for public safety. I'd buy the land and for the pure entertainment factor put mock working oil pump jacks on the land. Just to see what people do. :-p
