Is The Streetscape Project Good for Fair Oaks? (POLL)

Weigh in on where you stand on the $513,000 project.

Much has been said on the topic of the Fair Oaks streetscape project slated for an August construction date and now it's your turn to weigh in on it.

Though the project is still pending Sacramento County Board of Supervisor approval, District Representative Susan Peters has said the vote is just a formality. That vote is expected to come this week as part of the Board's regular agenda items.

  • Narrowing The Village portion of Fair Oaks Boulevard
  • Retrofitting a portion of Winding Way for one-way traffic
  • Pedestrian facilities including an additional mid-block crossing
  • Increased parking
  • Accessibility upgrades, including ADA compliance
  • Landscaping
  • Decorative street lighting within the Village area
