Jan. 13: Ribbon Cutting, Hoops, the Blame Game and More

So here we are at Thursday morning. We should see the sun peak out from under the clouds by noon. But even if it rains we can still have some fun. Today we have ribbon cuttings, board meetings, hoops and people ready to take the blame.

1. The Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at Doctors Express is happening today. The office is located at 12417 Fair Oaks Blvd. Come celebrate and enjoy refreshments from 4-6 p.m.
2. The Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District Board of Directors meeting is tonight at 6 p.m. Check out the agenda here. The meeting takes place at 4200 Temescal St.
3. Come watch some hoops. The El Camino Girls Varsity Basketball team faces off against Antelope at 7:30 p.m. Bring the whole family and enjoy a great game.
4. Now for our bizarre holiday for today. Today is Blame Someone Else Day. So skip cooking and take the family out to one of the great eateries in our directory, take time for that extra coffee or hit the snooze button an extra time ... but most importantly - blame someone else.
5. Last but not least, sorry, my dog ate the fifth thing.
