Week in Review, May 14: Water Rates, Falling Home Prices, Prom and More

A look back on the week ending May 14.

Another busy week in Fair Oaks news comes to a close. With the weather as wild as it is outside, take a minute to sit back, relax and catch up on the entire goings on for the week of May 8-14.
