Happy Tuesday! The temperatures are down into the 80's, making it not feel like mid-July. Here's what's going on today in Carmichael.

1. The is held the second Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. at 4701 Gibbons Dr. Its mission is to help members become proficient in computer use. So if you have wanted to learn more about using your computer, this is the place for you. Membership is required. The fee is $15/year.

2. Want to dance like a star? Then come join a class at 1:15 p.m. at Mission Oaks Community Center, 4701 Gibbons Dr. The price is $5 per person at the door.

3. The Major League Baseball All-Star Game takes place at Chase Field in Phoenix tonight. Why not catch it starting at 5 p.m. at a Carmichael sports bar such as the or the Clubhouse Bar and Grill and wish you were there in the outfield pool? The San Francisco Giants are represented by Pablo "Kung Fu Panda" Sandoval and pitchers Tim "The Freak" Lincecum, Matt Cain, Brian "The Beard" Wilson and Ryan Vogelsong. The Oakland A's have pitcher Gio Gonzalez in the game.
