5th Annual Sport Poomsae Technical Tournament

This is the latest craze in martial arts direct from Korea. Poomsae is a non-contact demonstration form of Taekwondo that seeks perfection in doing individual techniques. Just a few years old this sporting form of martial arts provides a beautiful ballet of self defense style with competitors from 8-80. If you ever wanted to try martial arts, enjoy dancing or just like a great artistic demonstration this is a great event for your family. Come to the American River College gym, parking is free and the show is still just $10 for adults, kids 5 and under free beginning at 9am on Saturday, September 7, 2013.
