SAFE HALLOWEEN!
Come Join the community of Fair Oaks while we celebrate a SAFE and Fun-Filled Halloween for children of all ages! Activities include games, story time, musical activities and more! Local merchants will be handing out candy and free children's books will be distributed by the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks.
