At $1.695 million, this 4-bedroom home (with 2.95 acre lot) rings in at the most expensive home on the market in the Fair Oaks-Carmichael area this week.

This 3,775 square-foot Italian-style home in Carmichael packs some serious amenities, including horse facilities, RV/boat parking, a swimming pool, five bathrooms and that's just getting started. Technically the home sits on two lots, with the barn and dressage area on a second 1.12-acre lot, according to its listing.

The home has been on the market for 126 days as of Monday, according to the listing.

Chain link fence aroundRead More vacant/undeveloped land is usually an indicator of some County ordinance to secure the land for public safety. I'd buy the land and for the pure entertainment factor put mock working oil pump jacks on the land. Just to see what people do. :-p
