Welcome, Davis Patch!

New site joins Roseville, 4 others in Sac. area.

On Monday, the Patch family in the Sacramento area welcomed to our group and a few days later, we've added Davis to our mix with davis.patch.com.

Davis Patch will be the place to go online to find out everything you need to know about Davis, whose motto is “The Most Bicycle Friendly City in the World."

Congratulations to Davis Patch editor Justin Cox for a successful start to covering all the news in the community. Cox is a native of Winters and is no lightweight when it comes to journalism.

Fresh out of California State University, Monterey Bay, Justin began working for his hometown newspaper, the Winters Express. He later began working as an online editor for PoliceOne.com, a web site that focuses on national crime and public safety.

Justin also wrote blogs focusing on music and college issues for The Huffington Post –  something that is sure to come in handy in the home of the University of California, Davis.
