The following information was supplied by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Fair Oaks, CA -- A Fair Oaks man led Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies on an early-morning motorcycle chase across town Wednesday, Sept. 5. According to Sheriff's deputy report, the suspect was riding an off-highway motorcycle down Madison Avenue around 7:47 p.m. Activating their sirens, deputies attempted to stop the suspect who at that point fled officers through residential streets. According to the report, the suspect continued to flee through a public park and lost contact with deputies. According to the report, the suspect was tracked down at his Fair Oaks residence and arrested. The motorcycle was located in the backyard, its engine still hot to the touch. The helmet worn by the suspect was also located inside the suspect's living room. The suspect was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor charge of evading a peace officer. Sheriff''s spokesman Jason Ramos could not elaborate as to why the suspect evaded deputies in the first place as "his statement could be of evidentiary value against him."

Suspect exposes self outside woman's window

On Sept. 9 around 12:27 a.m. a Carmichael woman was home alone with her two children when an unknown male started knocking on her apartment window. According to a Sheriff's deputy report, the victim heard an unknown subject knock on a bedroom window. When the victim looked out the window, she saw the suspect standing outside her window. According to the report, the suspect then pulled down his pants and began to masturbate. The victim then ran from the window and called 911; however, the suspect had fled prior to officer arrival. Sheriff's spokesman Jason Ramos said the victim only described the suspect as a thin male, his race unknown, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. The victim did not recognize the suspect, and it is unknown exactly how long he was outside her window before noticing him.

there are more and more of them riding off orad bikes and acting dangerously on the road and in the state recently for some reason. We often get them racing up and down the streets of orangevale near the city of Folsom by the park. and these are not kids but grown men.
