Have You Seen This Man?

Here's an announcement from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office:

Todd Cook, 24, went missing in the late-night hours of June 23, or early-morning hours of June 24, from his home on Doolan Road in rural unincorporated Livermore.

Todd is known to frequent the Sacramento area where some of his friends live.  His friends have been contacted and none have seen or spoken to Todd since his disappearance. Todd is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 170 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. He has a small tattoo of a crown on his chest.
