Police: 'Belligerent' Man Chased Worker Out of Store With a Knife

He pulled out a knife and attempted to slash the victim before chasing him.

A Fair Oaks man was working in his business when an unknown man entered his store at 8801 Greenback Lane in Fair Oaks last Friday. 

The suspect, a white, male adult, became belligerent, pulled out a knife and attempted to slash the victim before chasing him "with the knife outside of the store and then through the business parking lot," according to the Sacramento County Sheriff crime log.  

The victim was able to escape by going inside a neighboring restaurant. The suspect left the scene in an unknown direction, according to authorities.

No arrests were made. The suspect is described as being a white male, about 45-years-old, six-feet one-inch tall, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
