In a video posted last week and originally produced by Riverside County, a talking toddler reminiscent of the those promoting the online stock trading website advises his mom to vote by mail to avoid "standing in line like a vote-a-saurus."
Just more than half of Sacramento County's 645,558 registered voters vote by mail, according to the press release.

"Voter registration forms must be mailed (postmarked by this date) or delivered to the Elections Office, 7000 65th Street, Suite A, Sacramento 95823," the press release states.
