Younger undocumented immigrants scored a victory today as President Barack Obama announced his support to end their deportations and begin granting work permits for some eligible students, The Huffington Post reports.
The Dream Act allows undocumented indviduals who attend college or serve in the military and are in good standing a path to citizenship. It passed in the House of Representatives but failed in the Senate in 2010.

If this isn't the most racist thing ever I don't know what is. If Romney, Paul, or anyone else running for the Presadent made a video saying vote for us cause were white they would be shut down by every news agency in the country.
Its not about Obama (not a fan btw) or Bush (not a fan of either). Its about having people in our country that contribute to the whole instead of take away from it. If there is a kid that comes to america at an age under 16, graduates from an american high school, and serves in our military I view that person as a solid person who has made america better. That person should no be sent back to Mexico with nothing. That person should get a job and pay taxes just like everyone else. Gang members and people who use drugs or commit crimes should be sent back to mexico. Big difference.

Look up Plyler vs. Doe. The Supreme court is best interpreter of the constitution. There is no higher authority. You can have your opinion but they decide what is "right". Next look up the 14th amendment…. I'm sure you disagree with the Supreme Court but try to remember how much of an expert of Law they are.
Here is a link to the only part of the consitution that speaks of what you are talking about and no where in it or the 14th amendment speaks of it. Your right the constitution is a big deal that's why I always get on here and disscuss it. There are laws every day passed that are unconstitutional this is why our country is in bad shape hope this info helps you understand our country a little better maybe you can pass this info to the person who misinformed you.
I'm assuming you are a judge or some sort of lawyer who has studied constitutional law for years and have a deep understanding of the theories of Con Law.
