Supervisor Peters Office Hours This Weekend

Residents can meet with county supervisor at Easter events.

will be holding another round of “Office Hours” during the Easter holiday weekend.

Peters will meet with residents first at Carmichael’s annual egg hunt on Saturday at and Sunday in Arden Arcade at Swanston Park during the second annual “Easter Blast” that includes an egg hunt, carnival games and more.

Peters will set up a table at the Carmichael egg hunt between 9:30 to 11 a.m. for residents who wish to drop by and discuss with her items of interest. No appointment is necessary with visits to be handled on a “first come basis.”

“Establishing ‘Office Hours’ at community events like these egg hunts provide the opportunity to mix business with pleasure,” Peters said in a released statement. “I’ll be available to talk about county matters while people can
enjoy watching all the fun and excitement as the children search for eggs.”

The Carmichael Egg Hunt starts at 10 a.m. sharp rain or shine. In addition, there will be a pancake breakfast that runs from 7 to 11 a.m. The along with the are sponsoring the two activities at Carmichael Park, 5750 Grant Avenue. On Sunday, Peters will move her “office” to Swanston Park, 2350 Northrop Avenue, in Arden Arcade where she will set up a table during the “Easter Blast” sponsored by the .
