Sacramento County Board of Education elections don't always draw much interest. But as The Sacramento Bee reports, this year's Area 4 race has turned into something of a referendum on the board's support for charter schools, with teachers' unions backing challenger Estelle Lemieux while charter school advocates line up behind incumbent Eleanor Brown.
