This course focuses on intermediate word processing skills like formatting longer documents, using clipart, using templates and styles, creating and editing tables and creating mail merges. This is a follow-up to the Connections course Introduction to Microsoft Word. If you haven’t taken that course, you should at least be familiar with the basic features and functions of Microsoft Word. Class consists of six two-hour sessions. You must be willing to commit to ALL six sessions! Classes will start on Friday May 2 @ 9 am. Following classes are Wednesday May 7 @ 9 am, Friday May 9 @ 9 am, Wednesday May 14 @ 9 am, Friday May 16 @ 9 am and Friday May 23 @ 9 am. Registration is required. This is an OASIS Connections class.

Appointments are required and can be made at the Service Desk at the Carmichael Library.   Sessions may be scheduled for 1 hour. Please bring a current resume on a flash drive and your laptop if you have one to get started. If you do not have a flash drive, please bring a hard copy of your current resume.
