Microsoft PowerPoint is a software program for creating and showing presentations that include slides, outlines, speaker's notes and audience handouts. In this course designed for beginners, you will learn the fundamentals of PowerPoint. Practice using text, pictures and clip art, and then edit your presentation to make it look professional. General knowledge of the Windows operating system and some knowledge of Microsoft Word are recommended prerequisites. You must be willing to commit to ALL six sessions! Classes will start on Friday October 18 @ 9 am. Following classes are Wednesday October 23 @ 9 am, Friday October 25 @ 9 am, Wednesday October 30 @ 9 am, Friday November 1 @ 9 am and Friday November 8 @ 9 am. Registration is required. This is an OASIS Connections class.

Puppet Art Theater Co. presents: Frankenswine! This zany version of the classic Frankenstein is told by a cast of pigs on Halloween night. Doctor Frankenswine and his side-kick, Snout have created a Frankenswine monster by using nothing less than pork chops, bacon, and other assorted quality lunch meats. Dr. Frankenswine’s quest for a brain for his monster leads him to a loony madcap adventure with tons of Halloween silliness, confusion, and audience participation.
