Will You Still Support Kings?

Carmichael fan interviewed at Sunday's game after new arena deal falls through.

You may have heard the disappointing news that the fell through late last week when the Maloof family that owns the team pulled out.

Many fans have voiced their displeasure, saying they plan to boycott the team and stop attending games.

Carmichael, do you plan to attend games or join the protest?

"We almost boycotted (today's game)," John Yelchak, 47, of Carmichael, told The Sacramento Bee at Sunday's game. "But this is our last game this year" in their ticket package.

Yelchak said that if the Maloofs do appear at an upcoming game, he believes "They'll be booed heavily."

"I'll boo," Yelchak said.

The sold tickets to Friday's game against Oklahoma City.

I am sick of the whole arena thing!! We have way more important things that we need to spend our money on and the Foolum/Muloofs appear to either be broke or care even less about the Kings than I do!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts Cheryl. Area elected officials say the project will bring jobs but what issues do you believe they should focus on?
