Fair Oaks & Carmichael Concerts in the Park Season Half Over

Here's the band lineup for the rest of the summer.

There's still time to grab your lawn chairs and snacks and head to the park for free summer concerts. 

The season is about half over for both Fair Oaks and Carmichael. Here's the lineup for the rest of the summer: 

Fair Oaks' free Thursday night concert series are held at Village Park, 4238 Main St. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. Concerts run through Aug. 29. Here's the band lineup for the rest of the summer:

  • July 25: Todd Morgan and the Emblems — old time rock and roll music
  • Aug. 1: Dr. Bach and the Jazz PracAAoners — swing music
  • Aug. 8: 8-Track — classic rock and roll
  • Aug. 15: Azuar — rock and roll music
  • Aug. 22: Tom Rigney and Flambeau — Cajun/zydeco
  • Aug. 29: Capital Pops Concerts Band — Broadway, patriotic music

Carmichael's summer concerts in the park run through  Aug. 25. Concerts are held at 6:30 p.m. at Carmichael Park, 5750 Grant St. Here's the band lineup for the rest of the summer:
  • July 27: Code Blue — classic rock and country music
  • July 28: Carmichael Kiwanis Band — swing dance music
  • Aug. 4: John Skinner Band — dance music
  • Aug. 10: Roni & the Flight — R&B, classic rock
  • Aug. 11: Tood Morgan & the Emblems — 50s rock music
  • Aug. 18: Capitol Pops Concert Band — 50-piece concert band
  • Aug. 24: The Court —60s-90s classic rock music
  • Aug. 25: River City Concert Band — 50-piece concert band
