Park Bella Salon

Park Bella Salon is located on a quiet, narrow street behind Encore Model Home Furnishings. Owner Monica Delgado provides haircuts, hair extensions, Brazilian blowouts, color, waxing and make-up. She had been working at another salon in the Fair Oaks area when it closed down and she decided to open up her own salon. The building feels like a loft apartment and the sunlight-filled main room features two hair cutting stations and mirrors. A smaller room off to the side has a hair washing and coloring station. There is also a room downstairs where an esthetician provides massage and skin care services such as Swedish massages, facials and peels. Customers are encouraged to call ahead to schedule an appointment.
