I'm on the fence on this one. A part of me says let Natural Selection run its course and wipe out the idiots but at the same time, if nobody drank and got stupid the innocents out just trying to have a good time would not be inflicted with others trail of of Natural Selection following them with beer can in hand.

Just drive from one end of Lincoln ave and then back the other way , and you can feel the bumps . This road is terrible. I bypass it as often as I can, because of the rough road.
