I enjoy a variety of music, playing bass guitar, writing, traveling, cooking, thrift shopping, 1960s through 80s everything and most of all, spending time with my husband, family and friends.

I studied Psychology and Mass Communications & Journalism at California State University-Fresno and I've been a freelance writer for 17 years, writing for several publications and websites including The Sacramento News & Review, Valley Community Publications and The Fresno Bee.

In addition, I am the primary owner of Souls & Sounds Productions, a multifaceted independent music entertainment partnership owned by my husband and I--offering live music, DJ services, artist management and video and film production services for performing artists.
